aimhi is planning to carry out a Training Needs Analysis for the content creation industry in the Highlands. The results of this exercise will define what training programmes we pursue for the next couple of years.

Norrie Maclaren, the director of training at aimhi says "This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to really deliver the missing pieces in the skills jigsaw in the Highlands of Scotland."

This study will be a substantial audit of the creative content industry in the north, and in the future will be a landmark document for those seeking, and those wishing to enhance, a career in the industry.
