aimhi's Training Needs Analysis for the content creation industry in the Highlands & Islands has been approved! Following a successful proposal and the subsequent tendering process, aimhi has began a substantial audit of the creative content industry in the north. The results will be a landmark document for those seeking, and those wishing to enhance, a career in the industry in the future. With the roadmap in hand, the Highlands & Islands creative content industry can begin to plug in the skills gaps in the process of becoming a complete, and competitive, player in the national and international front. Although it is a significant undertaking to redesign the creative landscape in the region, aimhi  is fully commited towards helping and working with all stakeholders towards building the vibrant Creative Community that will change global perceptions of the Highlands & Islands.  

The project will be conducted on behalf of aimhi by member companies from the Orkneys and Caithness regions.
