Reflective of the increasing number of opportunities as intra European Union ties grow ever stronger, aimhi is looking into participating in several EU initiatives spanning from Norway to Spain. One example would be aimhi representing the Highlands & Islands as the voice of the creative content industry in an upcoming meeting in Austria towards the end of November.  

Looking for opportunities from fruitful European spin-offs is an under-utilised strategy here in the H&I. aimhi hopes to help in pulling the region's creative mass into the rich trans-national human and real capital mix that is the new Europe. This is just one step in aimhi's longterm strategy to diversify the creative content economy beyond present regional and national confines. In this respect, we are fortunate to enjoy a warm partnership with the visionary people of PICT with their enviable track record in European projects.
