aimhi is interested in supporting new technologies used in the creative and content industries. Limited aimhi grants are now available for member companies interested and capable of competing in one of Europe's most prestigious science and technology business plan competitions.
The launch of the Oxford Business Plan Competition 2004 kicked off last week. Sponsored by Apax Partners, Infineum, Oxford Instruments and PricewaterhouseCoopers; the Oxford Competition draws innovative business teams from all over the world. Entries are invited from entrepreneurs, scientists, students and new companies. The ideas must be original or a significant improvement on an existing business and must make significant use of science, technology or design. The deadline is 12 May.
Awarded aimhi grants will go towards offsetting expenses incurred while participating in the competition. Other means of non-montary support will also be available upon request.
