Following the huge success of the pilot UK indies pavilion at Mipcom 06, Pact are delighted to announce that it is now inviting new applications for the pavilion at Miptv, 16-20 April 07.   

SDI has reconfirmed its support of the pavilion which will enable companies from Scotland to participate at the reduced cost of £1800 + VAT per company* (full cost £3200 + VAT). Please see below for notes on TAP grants.

 Cost of Participating in the Pavilion includes:-
Ø     Invitation to pre-market briefing (date to be confirmed)

Ø     Full page advertisement in UK indies catalogue

Ø     1/2 hour encoding of promotional clips on digital viewing system (DVS)

Ø     PR support from Pact and UKTI

Ø     1/2 hour clinic with international rights expert

Ø     Company listing in all pavilion advertising

Ø     Company listing at the pavilion reception desk

Ø     Dedicated pocket for company literature

Ø     Use of shared meeting facilities (with or without DVS).  (Tables bookable in advance and on-site)

Ø     Messaging service on-site

Ø     Invitations to receptions and networking events

Ø     Use of internet services on the pavilion

Ø     Use of storage facilities on the pavilion

Ø     Access to reduced accreditation fee from Reed Midem if “New to Market”

Ø     Free lunchtime refreshments offered to all Lerins Hall participants

 Please note your stand fee does not include your accreditation fee with Reed Midem.  We strongly advise you to book this as soon as possible to secure the best possible rate. 

 * TAP Grants
If your company complies with the UKTI definition of “New Exporter” you will be entitled to apply for a grant of £1800. Pact will process this grant on your behalf and eligible companies will receive the grant in May 07.
