Aimhi would like to announce the appointment of a new Development Manager to replace Jeremy Sim.

“Jeremy took up the challenge of running Aimhi three years ago and has done an excellent job, we all wish him the best in his new career.”, said Norrie MacLaren, Chairman of the Aimhi Board of Directors.

Angus McNicholl, the incoming Development Manager, officially took up the appointment on the 1st of February. Angus brings experience from a patchwork of backgrounds including Rural Economic Development with Lochaber Enterprise, Technical Operations with Grampian TV and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems.

“I am over the moon to have been offered this opportunity and to work with Aimhi. I have a passion for broadcasting and film and now I can help those industries to develop within the Highlands and Islands.”, said Angus.

Aimhi will continue to promote the creative industries within the Highlands and Islands, and work towards a more sustainable future.
