Organised by Distance Lab and Highlands and Islands Enterprise
Deadline
1st May 2007
Description
Highland Exposure is a major digital photography competition running throughout the 2007 Scottish Year of Highland Culture. We want to find and showcase the most stunning and inventive expressions of "distance" in the contemporary Highlands and Islands, within the context of the Culture Year themes: Arts, Environment, Heritage, Language, Science and Sport.
Theme
We are keen to focus in particular on the topic of distance: Not only geographical distance but also distance related to human relationships (emotional, perceptual), distance related to social and cultural dynamics (economic, political, generational), distance related to space and time attributes (historical, scale, migration flux), and so on. We are open to your personal interpretation of the theme of distance.

- You can submit as many images as you like
- Image file format: JPEG
- Competitors should fill out the entry form on our web site
