Biography
David Fraser was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director on July 10th, 2003. He has managed and led technology-centered businesses as Executive Director for over 20 years in Europe, USA, Australia and Singapore.

Over the past 15 years, he has founded and co-founded many companies successfully and has operated at many executive levels with more than 15 software companies from being Chief Technical Officer at Pegasus Plc, to serving as Managing Director of Microsoft UK with responsibility for Europe.

In 1994, Mr. Fraser founded Infobank International Plc and, as Chairman, successfully floated the business on the London Stock Exchange. He has also served as a Director on several Boards in Singapore, Australia and the U.K.

Mr. Fraser graduated from the Glasgow College of Technology, U.K., with a major in Chemistry.
