Could Writing Be the Career for You?

Some people seem to have a real knack for writing, while for others it seems like a constant struggle.  Personally, I seem to fall somewhere in between.  It’s always a bit of a struggle for me to get started on a writing assignment.  But, once I get going things seem to fly along pretty well.  When I think back to my earliest writing days, I remember really enjoying creative writing.  Essay writing and term papers, are however another thing altogether.  I think it’s something to do with the fact that I enjoy writing more when I can pick and choose the topics I’ll be writing about.

My father was always a very enthusiastic writer, and I think I picked up most of my good writing habits from him.  Actually, I still have some of the earliest writing I did when I was in grade one or two.  It’s pretty good stuff actually, considering my age. The story has to do with aliens and spaceships invading planet Earth.  Not exactly term papers material. What’s interesting is how much I like watching science fiction movies and television these days. Guess my early writing had a real influence on me.

Now, for those who aren’t naturally gifted writers, there are plenty of writing services out there. You can have custom essays written and even term and research papers created by online companies.  But, because I enjoy writing so much I think I’ll stick to my own word-something.  To each his own.
