In Highland, the business community currently enjoys a period of great optimism and opportunity.

Throughout the region, we are experiencing unprecedented development and growth, new emerging industries and the strengthening of more traditional businesses, providing employers with truly exciting business opportunities. 

It is vital that we continue to encourage employers to guide us on what they see as the specific pre-employment requirements, in order that they can enjoy the benefit of an additional supply of appropriate 'work ready' entrants into our local labour market.
